About

I have worked for the University of Derby for over 26 years, starting out doing medince's research in the Pharmacy department.

I now lecture in the nursing team, but have worked across several areas including forensic science and radiography.

In my current role I am part of the Pre-Qualifying Healthcare team, teaching and supporting trainee assistant Practitioners and Nursing associates.

My principal (and preferred) teaching subject is Human Physiology and Anatomy.  After many years of teaching this subjects I am still fascinated and enthralled with the workings of the human body.
