6.1 Public registers and registers held as public records

• The OfS Register is a statutory register of English Higher Education providers officially registered by the Office for Students and a single, authoritative reference about a provider’s regulatory status.

6.2 Asset registers

• The Estates Department maintains a register of land and buildings, both owned and leased, to ensure accurate records of the University's property assets. Due to the dynamic nature of this register, we do not routinely publish it. However, information may be available upon request, subject to applicable regulations and policies. A

6.3 CCTV

The safety and wellbeing of our students, staff and visitors is a major priority for the University. With this in mind the University's Security Team manage a comprehensive CCTV system at all University sites and Halls of Residences, details of which are in our CCTV Policy

6.4 Disclosure logs

• Disclosure logs for the publication of responses to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 are not mandatory for public authorities. While the University does not currently publish a disclosure log, we respond to all Freedom of Information requests in accordance with our obligations under the Act. We are actively considering  publishing a disclosure log of selected FOI requests that may be of wider interest to the general public in the future. 6.5 Register of gifts and hospitality provided to senior staff

• The University maintains a register of gifts and hospitality provided to senior staff. While this register is not routinely published, information may be available upon request in accordance with our policies and applicable regulations.
