3.1 Income

3.4 Academic quality and standards

• Our Academic Regulations, Policy and Procedures detail how we continue to deliver and assure academic quality and standards these include our Academic regulations.
• Our Academic Board is responsible for oversight of University’s scholarly endeavours, approving academic regulations, setting and maintenance of academic standards, policies and procedures, advising the Vice-Chancellor on the development of academic programmes - Terms of Reference
• Governing Council's Audit and Risk Committee and also, it's Performance, People and Resources Committee both receive assurance and maintain oversight of our academic performance and standards, policy and procedures - Published minutes.

3.5 Data Protection impact assessments

The University provides instructions for staff on when and how to carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), including templates and contact information for the Data Protection Officer. However, completed assessments are not disclosed due to considerations of confidentiality, security, and commercial sensitivity.  More information on when we use DPIAs can be found in our Data Protection Policy.
