Apprenticeships Made For You

Our apprenticeships offer on the job training combined with academic learning to produce competent and capable employees. By investing in your employees, they will offer you the chance to embed new skills and grow talent within the workplace.

In partnership with Buxton and Leek College, we can offer hospitality apprenticeships from level 2 to level 7. Meaning that you can up-skill your workforce, no matter what stage of their career they're currently at.

Our Hospitality Apprenticeships

Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship

A Commis Chef is the most common starting position in many kitchens and in principal the most junior culinary role. Commis chefs contribute to improving the culinary offer of their organisation.

Craft Baker Level 2 Apprenticeship

A craft baker works in a production unit producing hand crafted bakery products. An employee in this occupation is responsible for working as part of a team under supervision.

Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship

This course provides employees with work-related skills, as well as knowledge and understanding of Hospitality Service Delivery. Core Hospitality-Modules include People, Customers, Business.

Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

Hospitality supervisors work across a wide variety of businesses. They provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.

Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship

Hospitality managers work across a huge variety of organisations. Hospitality managers have a high level of responsibility and are accountable for fulfilling the business vision and objectives.

Operations/ Departmental Manager Apprenticeship (Level 5)

Suitable for managers and heads of department in a range of roles across all sectors, this apprenticeship can also be tailored to specific industries.

Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (level 6)

This apprenticeship is suitable for someone who can take responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services to deliver long term organisational success.

Senior Leader Apprenticeship (level 7)

As a senior leader, you have responsibility for those in senior positions and/or significant organisational budgets. On this apprenticeship you will develop your direction and vision.

Business Development Manager, Apprenticeships and Skills

Tom works with businesses across the D2N2 area and Staffordshire. He works with them on how apprenticeships could help their business grow through either recruiting new staff as apprentices or using apprenticeships to help existing members of staff to develop.
