Entry level Courses:

Our entry level programmes are designed for individuals and organisations who wish to develop organisational policy on Net Zero and Carbon Management. We offer these sessions through our ‘Learn at Lunch’ network, to support organisations developing their awareness and commitment to a sustainable future.

• Climate Change, Net Zero and what that means for your business – 1-2 Hours
• Carbon Management for Businesses – 1-2 Hours

Mid-Level Courses:

Leading Sustainable & Ethical Change

This module allows learners to reflect upon their own and established leader's practice critically. Based on exposure to a range of change theories. Learners will reflect on the nature of change and their personal capabilities related to sustainable and ethical change. This will involve:

• Reviewing leadership theories and exploring the qualities and capabilities of sustainability leaders based on evidence in the academic literature and interaction with real-life sustainability leaders
• Learners will develop their platform for leadership practice in real and hypothetical scenarios
• Addressing five key competencies identified by UNESCO as crucial to engaging constructively and responsibly with today's world. Competencies describe the specific attributes individuals need for action and self-organisation in various complex contexts and situations, particularly in the context of leading sustainable and ethical change
• The module's learning design is rooted in Collaborative Action Learning theory and the Personal Development elements of the wider programme. Working in conjunction with peer learners, guest speakers, and module leaders, module activity will support an iterative process that moves between evidence-gathering and experimentation in practice
• This module considers the SDG Goals from the perspective of leading sustainable and ethical change SDG 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 17.

Sustainable & Ethical Business Operations and Marketing

There is growing awareness of the negative environmental impact of business operations and the need for policies to minimise these negative impacts, in conjunction with rapid social changes that are increasing demand for responsible products and services. As a result, organisations marketing strategies (OMM).

Ethical marketing is an important consideration in today's consumer environment.

This module will:

• Introduce the sustainable and ethical marketing strategy and the development marketing philosophy that informs all marketing efforts. It seeks to promote honesty, fairness, and responsibility in all advertising
• Encourage participants to introduce the main concepts of sustainability and ethics in product design, eco-design, adoption of environmental and social standards, process improvement and lean operations, closed-loop systems, performance and risk management
• Employ case study illustrations and experimental learning through content analysis, classroom exercises and interaction with guest speakers from practice to provide in-depth insights into how to critically evaluate corporate sustainability
• Address sustainability competencies relevant to this context including systems thinking, and anticipatory. self-awareness. normative, strategic, critical and overall integrated problem solving.
