My name is Andy Darke and I'm a operations and event manager at Bustler Market. I think time-wise with it stating in January we had a little bit of downtime as an industry. So, it was a good opportunity for us to learn some new skills. Coming from a hospitality background I'm not terribly informed in terms of the business world, strategy and processes. So, it's a good opportunity to learn more of the business side of things.

It's been really helpful to not only learn lots of new stuff but also to be reinforced that we were doing things that were part of the program within our businesses. It was a good opportunity to identify the things that we were doing right and to take on some new stuff. For any SME it's always good to learn new things and it's good to meet other SME's and talk about what problems we've been having and how to fix them. So yeah, I would definitely recommend it.
