"So, we're working with Toyota in establishing the East Midlands Institute of Technology, which is about developing the workforce of the future for their company and their business, in terms of what skills are required in the next 5,10 or 15 years time.
"And, there are 4 key areas of focus that we're working with Toyota on as part of the development of the East Midlands Institute of Technology.
So, it's looking at that from a digital perspective, an engineering perspective, a construction perspective and also a leadership perspective as well.
And, it's taking a view as to how we do that in a low carbon, digital economy of the future.
So, working with Toyota has been brilliant in terms of making sure that we have the right skills that we need for the future."
