Content promo

The content promo is designed to present content on a page in a more visually engaging way than plain text blocks, particularly where there are multiple blocks of text, perhaps representing distinct topics.

It combines a title and text block, with an image that defaults to the right, but can be placed on the left (with the text on the right) by checking an option box. This allows image placement to be alternated where multiple blocks are used, to make the page layout more varied. On mobile / narrow screens, the image will stack above the text.

This content type does not feature call to action buttons.

The component is used with the fade-in function to add the component as it scrolls into view.

• a box shadow that changes appearance on mouse hover or focus

Image guidance

• The content type is designed to work with square images, wide landscape images should not be used
• All images must be optimised using TinyJPG before uploading to T4
