Featured courses block

The featured courses block displays a list of courses in a flexible card layout with background images.

It's designed to highlight a small number of courses on subject pages or other areas.

A section link should be added for each 'featured course' card required. The section link is then used to fetch the course name and the header image for the background. If no image is found, a default greyscale placeholder image is used (a laptop with a stack of books beside it).

Key features

• background image that brightens on hover, taken from course header
• an optional title for the section
• option to add a grey background to the section, for contrast with the page background
