Twin promo

The twin promo is a visual promotion component to promote two different (but possibly related) topics or areas (e.g. Open Days for Undergraduate and Postgraduate).

It combines two sets of header images, lead text, and call to action buttons.

The content for each panel is entered separately. Panel one will be positioned on the left and panel two on the right on wider screens. On mobile / narrow screens, the two panels will stack one on top of the other.

The text entered in each panel should ideally be of similar length, to maintain a neater visual appearance.

The component is used with the fade-in function to add the component as it scrolls into view.

• each panel features a box shadow that changes appearance on mouse hover or focus

Image guidance

• Landscape images (e.g. 3 x 2 aspect ratio or 2000x1333 pixels) are recommended, but square images will also work.
• Portrait images are NOT recommended, as they will tend to make the component look too tall and thin, and take up too much vertical space on the page
• All images must be optimised using TinyJPG before uploading to T4
