Derby

Derby has so much to offer, whether you want to enjoy music and nightlife, get involved in sports or be adventurous whilst exploring the Peak District, you’ll find plenty to do in our fun-packed city and beautiful countryside. As well as our main campus on the edge of the city, we have several other sites in the heart of the city.

Chesterfield

Our Chesterfield site is a Centre of Excellence for Health and our nursing courses are ranked in the top 20 in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2022. Chesterfield balances the intimacy of a market town with a city centre vibrancy and boasts two shopping centres, a great choice of bars and restaurants and one of the largest open air markets in the area.

Buxton

The magnificent Devonshire Dome is home to Buxton and Leek College. Located on the edge of the Peak District, Buxton has a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the famous Buxton Opera House. It is also within easy reach of Manchester, with regular train services to the city centre.

Leek

Leek is a vibrant and thriving market town in the Staffordshire Moorlands, on the edge of the Peak District, offering opportunities to relax and shop at a range of local shops, bars and bistros. The College has historical links to the area, and particularly Leek School of Art which has links back to William Morris.
