Applying to live with friends

As a returner you’ll usually be allocated to live in specific returner flats.

It’s easy to apply with a group of friends and the earlier you apply, the better. This is what you need to do:

All agree the room type and hall you want to live in.
Make sure everyone is able to pay the £50 deposit
When applying for halls online, one group member needs to add the student numbers and last names of all those who they wish to share a flat with.
After that, everyone else in the group will receive an invitation by email to join the group and live together. They just need to accept the invitation by logging into their Student Living account.
We’ll email people in the group within two working days of the application, so check your inbox

It’s that simple!

Finally remember the earlier you apply, the more chance you have of getting the flat that you want.
