Returners Price Deal - Terms and Conditions

1. All existing students who apply to live in halls for 2025-26 will be charged the 2024-5 rate for their room.

2. This price deal offer only applies to existing students who apply for rooms at the following halls of residence:

3. This offer only applies to students who apply for a full academic year in halls. (That is a 42, 44, 50 or 51 week contract) starting in September and ending in July.

Therefore students who withdraw mid-way through the year and then return the following year, January starters and those with shorter contracts are not eligible.

4. All existing students who apply for the relevant halls for the academic year are eligible for this offer, even if they don't currently live in halls.

5. Applicants whose hall payments are up to date (i.e. who have paid their third rent instalment due in April) are eligible to receive the price deal.

6. Eligible students will be charged at the previous year’s full rate (2024-25) on commencement of their contract in September 2025.

4. Eligible applicants whose payments are up to date (i.e. who have paid their third rent instalment due in April) will receive their £130 Amazon voucher via email by 31 May

5. Student Living reserve the right to withdraw the £130 Amazon voucher if students end their contract before its full term or if the student is subject to disciplinary action in halls

6. Eligible students will receive their vouchers via email to their Unimail account. Please make sure you give Student Living the correct email address for this purpose

7. Amazon have their own terms and conditions which are outlined on their website
