Social space and refectory

A large space with dining tables and chairs and cushioned benches with low tables. Large windows look out across the site. There's a skylight and multiple air-conditioning units in the ceiling. There is a large flat-screen TV on the wall.

The refectory servery has a refrigerated unit with sandwiches, drinks and other chilled foods. There is a unit covered in baskets of snacks. While a customer waits, a staff member is working in a kitchen next to a hot-food counter. A sign above the counter says "breakfast".

Illustration and Interior Design studios

A large, well-lit space with broad and long tables surrounded by chairs and stools. Art is displayed on a large pinboard on the wall. Through a door to a second large room with long tables set up as work stations with sockets for laptops. More art and design work covers the walls.

Print studios

A large room with a high ceiling. Shelving units hold screens in frames. Long tables with electrical connections hanging down from the ceiling. Colourful printed fabrics hang from the wall.

Tables with chairs line the wall. Printing equipment is stacked in one section of the room.

Fine Art studios

A large open building separated into work areas by half-height walls with open doorways through which we can glimpse artists working and art on the walls
