Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Leadership Research Cluster

The Organisational Behaviour (OB), Human Resource Management (HRM) and Leadership Research Cluster draws on the diverse skills and experience of our academic members who are experts in a range of organisational topics, with a specific focus on understanding organisational behaviour, developing successful and sustainable HRM policies and practice and developing leaders to operate successfully.

In addition to academic research collaborations, the cluster aims to work closely with organisations operating in Derby, the rest of the UK and internationally.

Our aims

The cluster aims to interact with the business and academic communities, locally, regionally and internationally to provide an integrated approach to the advancement of research, teaching and consulting in the areas of OB, HRM & Leadership as part of the Centre for Business Improvement and under the University theme of Business, Economic and Social Policy.
