Example testimonials

The 9–11-year-olds I've been teaching have been excited, and even relieved when they recognise that how they are feeling is part of how their minds and bodies work. This gives them a basis to be kinder to themselves and apply the practices they've learned - Teacher, 2024

The skills that they learnt during the WOBOB sessions have continued to be useful across a range of situations e.g. using body language to improve confidence when public speaking - Head Teacher, 2023

It’s changed me as a person. I used to be angry but now I can calm myself - Pupil, 2024

It has helped me feel a lot more positive about myself. My behaviour has improved even more after the project - Year 6 Pupil, 2022

I have felt more welcomed in class I have been more accepted by the students in my class - Year 7 Pupil, 2021
