As the Course Director for the School of Human Sciences, Dr Laurice Fretwell works on improving the curriculum and student experience across two disciplines: Biomedical and Forensic Sciences, and Sport and Exercise Science.

Leanne Hampson teaches within the Centre for Contemporary Hospitality and Tourism, with expertise in Events, Tourism and Hospitality management. She also supervises final-year dissertation projects and undertakes Personal Academic Tutoring duties within the department.

An Associate Professor, Dr Barnby leads a research team collaborating internationally at CERN, focussing on advances in data handling, supervises PhD students and teaches across mathematics and computing at UG and master's levels. He leads Collaborative and Data-centric Engineering, an interdisciplinary university research cluster working at the interface of data science and engineering.

Lee Miller is a Lecturer in Marketing in the Derby Business School. Prior to joining the University he was a services manager in public and private sector organisations.

Lee is the leader of the BA (Hons) Sport Management programme. He has over 15 years experience of leading modules, programmes and other roles in the discipline area of sport at the University of Derby.

Martin Leedham is the Technical Instructor in Print within the School of Art. Martin has over twenty five years experience of working in education and has been at the University of Derby since 2010. Martin is passionate about all things print and helping students gain relevant print skills that will help them become better Artists and Designers.

Leigh is a postgraduate research student who is an accomplished senior transformational change professional with over 35 years of expertise in delivering business change projects and more than 20 years of consulting experience in the private, public, and third sector across large global and UK-based organisations.
