As a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing, Jane Turner supports both students on the BSc Nursing course and colleagues with their learning, teaching and assessment activities. 

Jaskaran started working at the university in 2015 and, over the years, she has been involved in several research projects and teaching modules within the Psychology department and Centre for Compassion Research and Training.

Jawwad is a Postgraduate Research Student in the College of Engineering and Technology. 

Dr Jay Daniel is a Programme Leader at Derby Business School. Before joining the University of Derby, Jay was a Lecturer in Supply Chain and Information Systems at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and has previously held positions of Senior Management Consultant, Supply Chain Solution Analyst, Project Manager, Industry Trainer and Lead Auditor.

Jayne joined the University as the Lead Midwife for Education and Senior Lecturer of Midwifery in April 2020. She has worked in many specialist areas within midwifery, the majority of her time at Derby was as matron in the inpatient maternity areas. Jayne was also part of the consulting team when designing the new maternity unit which forms a significant part of the new hospital build.

As an Associate Lecturer in Forensic Psychology, Jennie Bradbury contributes to the academic supervision of students on the PG Diploma in Forensic Psychology Practice. Jennie leads the modules on Forensic Case Formulation & Risk Assessment and Consultancy in Forensic Psychology.
