Anastasia worked with children in Primary Schools for 10 years before completing her masters degree in Psychology. She is a Postgraduate Research Student at the university.

As a Senior Lecturer in Sport at the University of Derby, Dr Andrew Cowen teaches across a range of sport and exercise-related programmes. He is also the level 5 lead for the sport programmes at the university.

Andy Bloor is a Senior Lecturer and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for the Discipline of Primary ITT/E. His fields of interest are around Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties in children, particularly those with Attachment Disorder and neuro-atypical children, as well as wider the Social Justice agenda in Education.
