Rich Johnson is a Technical Advisor at the University's Media Loan Hub. He teaches users how to use the Connect2 booking system, runs inductions on certain camera systems and troubleshoots issues.

He is actively involved in industrial projects, combining his knowledge, expertise and industrial experience in operations management to help organisations achieve excellence in their internal functions and supply chains.

Joseph Eyong is the Programme Leader for the Help to Grow Management Programme (H2GP) at the University of Derby. His areas of teaching expertise are Leadership, Strategy and Research Methods, on which he has led teaching, developed curricula and initiated degree programmes at undergraduate, and postgraduate levels and for senior apprenticeships.
