Andrew is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing and Healthcare Practice based within the College of Health and Social Care.

Andrew is a Visiting Research Fellow. 

Andrew is an ecologist and conservation biologist and teach these specialisms at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He is a Programme Leader for Zoology and supervises a range of PhD students. Andrew is also the research lead for 'Eco-sustainability and evolution' in the University of Derby's 'Environmental Sustainability Research Centre'.

Andrew is an active lecturer and researcher. He is committed to developing students aspirational horizons whilst producing first class research in the areas of nationalism and marginal beliefs.

Andrews Owusu is an Associate Professor in Accounting at the University of Derby, UK. Andrews has over 10 years of experience in teaching and research in accounting and corporate governance.

Andy Bloor is a Senior Lecturer and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator for the Discipline of Primary ITT/E. His fields of interest are around Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties in children, particularly those with Attachment Disorder and neuro-atypical children, as well as wider the Social Justice agenda in Education.

Dr Andy Hooton is the Head of Subject for Sport, Outdoor and Exercise Science. Andy leads an exciting industry-led provision focused on developing the next generation of Sport and Exercise Scientists/Practitioners.

Andy is a Professor of Physical Activity and Health. He undertakes teaching, research and PhD supervision in the area of impact and implementation of physical activity interventions for health improvement. Andy is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health and a NICE Guidelines Implementation Expert. He was involved in the 2019 Chief Medical Officers' PA Guidelines.
