Lecturer in Sustainability and Environmental Management, Becky Rawson, has taught environmental management and geography at foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate levels for over ten years. She has also worked with organisations to improve their environmental performance.

Ben Sholademi is an Associate Lecturer in Biomedical Science at the University of Derby and has over 20 years of professional experience both as a Biomedical Scientist and Clinical Scientist in the NHS and abroad.

As a senior lecturer, Bev teaches across several Business subjects and sits within the Business and Management team. She is passionate about external engagement and increasing student’s employability skills and is known for connecting businesses with students to achieve mutually beneficial relationships.

Bill Esmond is Associate Professor, Education & Employment. His research is located at the intersection of workplace learning, vocational and higher education. His analysis of systems and practice is widely published in international journals, and he supports the research aspirations of vocational practitioners, from local projects to doctoral study.

Dr Bill Whitehead is an associate lecturer at the University of Derby. He is also an educational consultant and research project lead elsewhere. Bill has a particular interest in the organisational structures within the healthcare industry related to supporting newly qualified nurses and practice and clinical education in general.
