Ann teaches on the Occupational Therapy programmes and, as part of the Pre-Registration Occupational Therapy team, received a special commendation for excellence in the University's awards in the category of Best Performing Course or Programme in 2017/18.

Anna Burton is a Lecturer in English Literature at the University of Derby.

Annabelle is a midwife of 20 years and has spent the last 5 years in academia. 

As Course Director for the School of Built and Natural Environment, Dr Anne Danby works on improving the curriculum and the student experience. She is Chair of the Northern Universities Consortium and specialises in curriculum development, credit and assessment. She teaches ecology, mycology and environmental sustainability and has a vibrant consultancy portfolio.

As a Senior Lecturer in Business Management and Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Business Management, Anne teaches on a number of undergraduate modules and helps to drive the continuous development of the programme and the development of future responsible managers and leaders.

Aparna Duggirala is a Lecturer in Clinical Genetics at the University of Derby. She is a molecular geneticist with a strong background in cell and molecular biology. She performs biomarker discovery and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students on human metabolic diseases.

Artur Wlodarczyk is a Postgraduate Research student who is pursing a Ph.D. with a specific focus on supply chain decarbonisation. 

Asad Abdi is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) of Computer Science at the University of Derby, UK. Passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), he contributes to the Data Science Research Centre in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence.
