The University of Derby's RMX Concrete Management Programme has engaged with Holcim at every level to ensure that the needs of the organisation are aligned with the learning experience of participants.

Josh Herridge began his career as an apprentice at the University of Derby's Centre for Mineral Products. Since then, he has applied the knowledge that he acquired during his studies to become, at 26, the youngest depot manager in the South-East.

Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy student Maria Stejter has dreamt of being a Psychotherapist, with an ambition to open her own Counselling and Psychotherapy practice. After moving to the United Kingdom six years ago, she pursued an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Derby and gained valuable experience working in mental health.
