About

I work with the University's Business School as a Business Development Manager, with a particular focus on European funded projects. I work alongside local and national businesses to help advise them about business support available at the University such as financial support and training. I am also training to become a coach and mentor to be able to expand this support and assist in business development and growth.

Experience in industry

I started my career in Destination Management, working alongside tourism and retail businesses to promote regions and drive visitor numbers to Cities and Counties. This experience led me into a role in Account Management with a retail design agency where I was lucky enough to work across Europe, co-ordinating marketing campaigns and conference builds for some Blue Chip clients. I love working with and getting to know businesses, understanding more about their needs and helping them grow and seeing them succeed.
