I am the Programme Leader for the MSc Hand Therapy, additionally, I am a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy.

Professional interests

I am interested in the field of Hand Therapy, I work as a Clinical Specialist at Wythenshawe hospital alongside my University roles. I have extensive previous experience as a Clinical Specialist and in developing the role of a hand therapist to extend the traditional role. I am qualified to inject soft tissues and joints in the hand and carry out wound care, physiotherapeutic exercises and run independent clinics. I am also interested in education in general and in the education of Hand Therapists and the development and progression of the MSc Hand Therapy.
