I have worked as a technician in HE for over 30 years with a wide experience of working in different subject areas such as Geology, Geography, Environmental Science and Sport Science.

I am currently a Technical Team Leader with a passion for inspirational technical leadership and the Technician Commitment, leading the Sport and Exercise Science Technical Team.

I have previously spent a number of years working as a Principal Analyst (running ICP-MS and ICP-OES) and Quality Manager for a company specialising in the analysis of waters, effluents, soils, and cementitious products particularly associated with contaminated land.
