About

In 2011, I secured the top rank in Iran's nationwide entrance exam for a master's in Industrial Management, out of more than 35,000 applicants. This achievement allowed me to pursue both my master's and PhD in Operations Management at the University of Tehran, where I completed my PhD in 2018. In 2016, I was awarded a fully funded visiting research position at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands through Iran's Ministry of Science.

After completing my PhD, I joined the University of Mazandaran in 2019 as a tenure-track Assistant Professor. My commitment to student engagement and practical learning earned me the 2022 Teaching Excellence Award in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. In July 2024, I joined Derby Business School as a Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Since 2013, I have been actively teaching and researching in Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a strong emphasis on integrating academic theory with real-world applications.
