As an Occupational Therapist and lecturer on the MSc Hand Therapy programme, my interests lie in promoting hand therapy as a profession and the link with evidence based practice. 

Teaching responsibilities

I teach on the following postgraduate MSc Hand Therapy programme modules

• Developing as an Evidence Based Practitioner 
• Hand Inures: Mechanisms and Interventions
• Hand Conditions: Mechanisms and Interventions

Professional interests

I work clinically at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in the field of Hand Therapy, as an Occupational Therapist, alongside my role at the University of Derby. 

Research interests

My professional interests lie in rehabilitation after surgery for injured flexor tendons of the fingers and the current guidelines used to treat these.
