About

I am the Technical Team Leader for the College of Health, Psychology and Social Care (CHPSC). I am responsible for supervising a team of ten technicians which support teaching, learning, research and consultancy within the College. I have 15 years of experience in this area primarily in nursing and medical simulation.

The department covers all of the the campuses of the University but principally Kedleston Road and Chesterfield St. Helena's which house our main specialist facilities. I have recently been appointed as the College's Health and Safety Coordinator which I administer at the same time as my main role.

I come from a background in Law Enforcement primarily but have done extensive post graduate research in fluvial geomorphology which is my area of specialism.
