I am a Senior Lecturer with the College of Science and Engineering.

Teaching responsibilities

I am the module leader for CPD and Strategic Management, Engineering Management, Enterprise Systems and Project Management, Driving Change, CPD & CSR, and Quality and Reliability

Professional interests

I have a passion for personal development and helping students to exceed their personal expectations and realise their full potential. I am a member with the Association for Coaching and accredited to delivery the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) 360 feedback in partnership with Korn Ferry - Haygroup.

Research interests

I am currently researching the circular economy and what this might mean for an SME in terms of a change transition.
