About

As the Senior Technician for Sport and Exercise Science, my job is to lead the technicians within the department whilst managing the day to day operations within the Kedleston Road sports facilities. All of this work helps facilitate teaching, research and enterprise activities across the School of Human Sciences.

Teaching responsibilities

Facilitating student learning, enhancement and engagement with practical skills and equipment, both lab and field based, within the area of Sport and Exercise Science. This is done through demonstrating during academic practicals and running bespoke sessions during enhancement weeks.

Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA)
