Lee Miller is a Lecturer in Marketing in the Derby Business School. Prior to joining the University he was a services manager in public and private sector organisations.

I lead and teach on Marketing Modules focusing mainly on Services, Consumer Behaviour and Sustainability.

I am interested in the development of the services sectors and the sustainability of the retail high street.

I am interested in consumer theories with particular focus on Experiential Marketing within the retail sector.

Experience in industry

Prior to joining the University I worked in the public sector for seven years as a Customer Services Team Leader. I have also previously worked in the private sector for both business to business and business to consumer companies, mainly within the IT and Communications Sectors.
