I am an accomplished senior transformational change professional with over 35 years of expertise in delivering business change projects and more than 20 years of consulting experience in the private, public, and third sector across large global and UK based organisations.

I have operated at SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) consultancy company board level, and have had 20 years of blue-chip aerospace engineering company experience culminating as a senior manager, and have held the role of head of plant and rail products within a global rail manufacturing company.

I am a commercially proficient pragmatic leader with developed management and interpersonal skills. I am hands-on, able to coach, and manage multi-site projects and operational teams.
