Every single dose of radiation carries a risk, therefore every examination must be clinically justified, meaning that the clinical benefit must outweigh the potential risk. I am looking at informed discussion, benefit-risk communication and the level of knowledge about radiation and risk of the professionals involved, to ensure that this is able to truly take place.

I am involved in teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate level, including practical radiographic skills, simulation, image interpretation, and research.
