About

Louise is a PhD researcher and Lecturer in Forensic Psychology. Louise teaches on a wide range of modules on the programme and is currently the module leader for Introduction to Biological and Social Forensic Psychology at L4 and Victimology for Forensic Psychologists at L5. Her main areas of expertise are psychopathy and its adaptive and evolutionary benefits, intimate partner violence (IPV), and scale development. Louise has published several peer-reviewed articles. She is also involved in several external organisations such as the Affect, Personality, and Embodied Brain research network, the British Society for the Psychology of Individual Differences (BSPID), as well as her role as co-chair of the European branch of Aftermath: Surviving Psychopathy.
