About

I am a Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Derby. I'm a Registered Nurse with a background in District Nursing. I have an MSc in Adult Nursing, as well as an MRes and BSc (Hons) in other fields. I am enthusiastic about research on developing student nurse experience of simulation training and am a passionate advocate for student nurses promoting positive change in practice.

Teaching responsibilities

I teach on the BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing (with NMC Registration) and MSc Adult Nursing (with NMC Registration) programmes.
