About

I have a background in protein biochemistry and a passion for new-generation protein biologics. During my PhD, I worked on human clinical samples and performed extensive proteomic studies. Afterwards, I contributed to various scientific projects, related to method development, interactome mapping, and protein therapeutics development.

Currently, I am working in the direction of therapeutic nanocrystal production and target-oriented drug designing. Through applying advanced protein engineering skills, we are developing novel nanomedicines that can replace current painful injectable therapies. I have also significantly contributed toward research-informed teaching at various higher education settings.

Currently, I am supporting various modules of biomedical and forensic science undergraduate programmes.
