Experience in industry

I qualified in 2004 and worked as a Senior Radiographer at Leicester Royal Infirmary before starting at the university in 2011 on a part time basis, whilst still keeping my clinical role. In February 2018 I started full time at the univesity. My experience as a senior radiographer on a general rotation has given me a wealth of clinical knowledge in Accident and Emergency, where I have gained competent skills in trauma imaging; CT, where I have achieved a College of Radiographers certificate in IV administration, Paediatrics, Procedures and Plain Film. I also was an active part of the forensic team.
