Net Zero Business Online Support Platform

The Net Zero Accelerator Programme is partnering with Zellar who provide a one-stop online platform to guide UK small businesses on their sustainability journey. The Net Zero Accelerator is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Community Renewal Fund. 

What is the Zellar platform?

The Zellar platform is a one-stop online platform that guides UK small businesses on their sustainability journeys and accelerates their progress towards Net Zero and beyond. Every Zellar subscriber has a bespoke online profile that sets the standard for sustainability measurement, transparency and storytelling, bringing clarity to the market and helping consumers track the real time environmental impact of their business.

The Zellar platform helps you understand and reduce your business energy usage and carbon emissions as well as identifying the business benefits of reducing your climate impact – for example by meeting supplier and customer expectations for sustainability; using green marketing to attract new customers; and by future proofing the business ahead of new regulations.

By providing a simple measure of your carbon emissions, the platform allows you to benchmark your performance across your sector, transition to fully renewable energy, as well as connect to local and international offset, biodiversity and volunteer projects. Normal license rates to the platform vary between £125 and £600 for SMEs. The Net Zero Accelerator programme provides fully-funded membership for one year to businesses registered within Derbyshire Dales and High Peak District Council areas.

By joining the platform businesses will be provided with a sustainability roadmap that identifies the most effective steps to becoming a greener business whilst securing cost and CO2 savings along the way. Measures may include:
