Andrew is an active lecturer and researcher. He is committed to developing students aspirational horizons whilst producing first class research in the areas of nationalism and marginal beliefs.

Leigh is a postgraduate research student who is an accomplished senior transformational change professional with over 35 years of expertise in delivering business change projects and more than 20 years of consulting experience in the private, public, and third sector across large global and UK-based organisations.

As a Senior Lecturer in Business Management and Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Business Management, Anne teaches on a number of undergraduate modules and helps to drive the continuous development of the programme and the development of future responsible managers and leaders.

Professor Hassan Yazdifar is the Head of Research and Innovation at the College of Business, Law, and Social Sciences. In addition to College responsibilities, Hassan has cross-university responsibility for the development, direction and performance of the academic theme of Business, Economic and Social Policy. 

Sina is a Professor of Accounting and Accountability and the Research Lead of the Accounting Research Cluster, the Accounting, Accountability and Ethics Group (AAEG) within the Centre for Business Improvement at Derby Business School.

Hakeem Yusuf is Professor of Law and Global Studies at the University of Derby's Law School. He was awarded the prestigious John T Saywell Prize for Canadian Constitutional Legal History in 2015 by the Osgoode Society of Canadian Legal History.

Yiling Zha teaches economics at the Derby Business School. Yiling earned her PhD in finance with a focus on credit derivatives and risk management. Yiling is passionate about the pricing of fixed assets and how financial markets behave.

Rachel Rafferty is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Derby. She teaches across the fields of sociology and criminology at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Dr Rafferty has a professional background in the charity sector and has published research on topics such as resolving interethnic conflicts, supporting refugee integration and post-conflict peacebuilding.
