Robyn is a lecturer in Criminology at the University of Derby. Robyn is keen to support students, during lectures, seminars and PAT sessions with a focus on collaboration. Robyn has recently submitted her doctoral research on families lived experiences of Universal Credit    

Mark Flint-Freel
Lecturer in Criminology

Mark is a former police officer, having served for 30 years in both the Metropolitan Police and Derbyshire Constabulary. His worked included close protection, self-defence and physical training, firearms and public order. He completed his service as head of Special Constables training and went on to develop the Specials training programme for the College of Policing.

Jennifer is a senior lecturer in law and is involved in several initiatives within the Student Legal Advice Centre. She is an active researcher in insolvency and restructuring law and its interaction with social policy and employment rights.

Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes is a Professor of Operations Management and Head of the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby. He is actively involved in industrial projects, combining his knowledge, expertise and industrial experience in operations management to help organisations achieve excellence in their internal functions and supply chains.

Professor of International and Transnational Criminal Justice, FRSA

Gerhard Kemp, FRSA, is a professor of law and specialises in international and transnational criminal justice, comparative criminal law, international humanitarian law, and transitional justice. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, London, an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow, Germany, and a former Senior Research Fellow of the Robert Bosch Stiftung in Berlin, Germany.

Dr Sayantan Ghosh Dastidar joined the University of Derby as a Lecturer in Economics in January 2016. Before joining here, he was working as a Research Assistant at the University of Huddersfield. Currently, he is the Programme Leader for BA (Hons) Economics for Business and the Subject Leader for Joint Honours Economics.

Devi Gill is a Lecturer in Marketing within the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences and teaches across a range of modules in the areas of branding, market sensing, and design and creativity for marketers. Devi's research interests lie in the areas of brand heritage, authenticity and corporate social responsibility of retailers.
