Before joining the University of Derby, Jay was a Lecturer in Supply Chain and Information Systems at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and has previously held positions of Senior Management Consultant, Supply Chain Solution Analyst, Project Manager, Industry Trainer and Lead Auditor.

Associate Professor of International Environmental Law

Dr Eghosa Ekhator is a Senior Lecturer in Law. He joined the University of Derby in September 2019 from the University of Chester, where he taught on both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His primary areas of research are International Environmental Law (especially Environmental Justice issues in developing countries and the African Union) and Natural Resources Governance.

Joseph Eyong is the Programme Leader for the Help to Grow Management Programme (H2GP) at the University of Derby. His areas of teaching expertise are Leadership, Strategy and Research Methods, on which he has led teaching, developed curricula and initiated degree programmes at undergraduate, and postgraduate levels and for senior apprenticeships.
